I wish I'd read the book with this cover, the almost spooky tree.  It would have been much more meaningful to the story, and would have added some much needed drama, as compared to the yellow chair plus three icons/ thumbnails version that I did read.  Anyway, this is another 'nice' and 'quiet' story by Henkes with depths that most readers won't plumb.  Highly recommended to adults who admire the works of an author who refuses to pander to trends or to demands of young readers for more exciting adventures. This book is all about family. When Ben's mother and Uncle Ian come together, they don't do so well. While this is happening,Aunt Nina has a breech baby .And a few kids broke their own baby shower gift for Nina. And Ben,drawing. Will the problems be resolved? Will Uncle Ian and Ben's mom come together? Read to find out. ( )
