This is a good book for teaching mutual respect between two students. It's not a terribly long book, and it's a little bit funny at the same time that it's showing how the two girls learn to get along. (

This book teaches about friendship and how important it is. It teaches two girls who comes from different families that their opposites and similarities are what makes them best friends. It allows for students to see that being mean won't allow for frinenships. (
