This book is great for 4th graders and up. Its an awesome book about a kid who faces struggles as he goes to a new school. He faces challenges like bullies but he also makes friends. It has awesome illustrations and I would definitely have this book in my future classroom

This graphic novel is the second in the series. It shows the story of of a student who is in middle school and is one of the only students of color. It shows his middle school troubles along with the highs and lows of friendship. I recommend this book to middle school students because I feel like all middle school students can relate to this in some way.

This graphic novel is one of two in this series. It illustrates Jordans life being one of the only middle school student of color. It goes through his struggles and the highs and lows of friendship. I would recommend this book to 3rd grade and up as a partner read book. I can see this book building students reading skills and this book teaching students about the art of graphic novels.
