Her book Our House: Stories of Levittown was a Newberry Medal finalist. Some of her other works include: Holding Me Here, Zoe Rising, The Tub People, show more and Taking the Fairy Home. Gripping, but too realistic and horrifying for kids. If I were the author, I would have turned this into a novel for adults. I won't keep this one.
