Rosie takes her brother, Andrew, to a performance of Sleeping Beauty, and he gets sick shortly afterward. Rosie's ballet teacher decided to let the students do a performance, and Rosie is assigned the part of the dreaded Carabosse, who wasn't invited to Aurora's baptism. She finds out that her grandmother, Genevieve, also danced the role of Carabosse. Nice introduction in one of the series of the Ballet Slippers books. ( )
