If you were a fuzzy caterpillar crawling through the tall, tall grass on a sunny afternoon, what would you see?

This book is great to help introduce different types of figurative language and literacy devices. The author does a great job in using onomatopoeia to help the reader learn about some of the sounds and actions of animals in the book. It is informational book on different types of insects and this is a good book to use in a classroom for kindergarten thru 2nd grade. ( )
