This book is all about friendship and accepting differences, which I really like. It's about a blind horse named Charlie who meets a goat named Jack on a farm. They become friends when Jack realizes he can help Charlie get around easily. I think 1st graders would enjoy this story and learn about seeing things from a different perspective. Plus, I always enjoy books with farm animals! Probably because I live on a farm and love animals

- This is a great book about friendship and differences and how our true friends will advocate for us and how we too should advocate for our friends. I love this book because it shows how our differences are actually very beautiful.

Charlie, a blind horse arrives at a new farm. There he meets a goat named Jack who doesn't like anyone being near him. They become friends when Jack realizes he can help Charlie move around the ranch with ease. This book would be good for a 1st grade classroom. It can be used to show students a new point of view on being blind.

This book would work well for primary ages due to the short texts and simple storyline.
This book is about a friendship between a grumpy goat and a visually impaired horse as they navigate challenging situations such as disagreements, disabilities, and scary situations.
I found this to be a very heartwarming story and is a great way to teach student about compassion and bringing awareness to those with disabilities.
