Note: I accessed a digital review copy of this book through Edelweiss. ( )

This is a book of poetry. Most of the poems in the book do not rhyme, but is written in verses. I think this is a good book for children to read, because all of the poems are about exercising kindness. The poems teach good lessons. The illustrations are beautiful and all seem to be painted. ( )

This book is a collection of poems explaining different ways students can be kind and helpful in their community. Examples include giving up a bus seat to someone who needs extra assistance, being kind to an elderly neighbor and going out of your way to be friendly to a new student in your class.

Loved this book! Beautiful poems coupled with beautiful artwork all about giving back in not so obvious ways. Would be great to read whenever, maybe highlight during gratitude week.

This book of poems encourages being an active member of the community. The poems talk about spending time with neighbors, giving up a seat on the bus, picking up around the community, etc.
