The rhymes in this are delectable and the illustrations are so cute! I love it, I love it! And, as Karen pointed out, it may be the best possible read aloud choice when you get to the letter X with preschool story time. ( )

Involving my storytime kiddos about what THEY want at a birthday party was the first step in making this book a success.

Focusing on the different animals that make zoos wonderful experiences was another. ( )

This book is extremely cute. It is a great story about including everyone that wants to join and making new friends with everyone. It is about a panda who wants to throw a panda party and invites all of the bears. Then one by one other animals hear about it and want to join. Xander makes room and includes everyone. This would be a great book to teach children about not excluding anyone. ( )

Primary; Fiction; A story about a panda who works to plan a Panda Party but ends up inviting the whole zoo because he is only the only panda. He throws a great party and during it, a new panda arrives. It would be a great read allowed story to talk about friendship, or a great book for students to read on their own. ( )
