I got a little emotional from this book, haha. I'm a very anxious person so hearing my feelings put down in a children's book was very touching.

Key Takeaways:
-To treat anxiety, meeting other people who are anxious can be relatable and friendly.
-Anxious people will stay anxious even when you're with them, but not as bad as before. ( )

Wemberly is a little mouse who worries about everything. There are cute illustrations to go with each simply written page. At the end of the story, Wemberly makes a new friend and learns she does not need to worry so much. This book is great for children with anxiety and can help them learn how to cope with it. ( )

A very cute book about a worrywart of a girl who is about to start school. It's a little long, but my 4-year-old loved it. Excellent for read alouds to grades K-2. ( )

Poor Wemberly! She worries about everything, even stuff people would not normally worry about (like shrinking in the bathtub). The story is very cute for kids, and illustrates that most of the worries that trouble people never come to pass. ( )
