A cartoon star is framed for murder.

A lot of the attempted humor doesn't work (especially anything involving Roger), but there's enough that does to keep things entertaining. Meanwhile, the premise is brilliant enough that it doesn't even need to be funny. My inner six-year-old is still losing his shit over the fact that Disney and Looney Tunes characters are in the same movie.
