Stanley Birdbaum, an elementary school student, was super excited for crazy hair day at school. That is until he walked into the classroom to hear his teacher giving a friendly reminder that crazy hair day is NEXT Friday, and picture day is today!! Shocked and embarrassed, Stanley runs to the bathroom to hide. His good friend Larry Finchfeather, who was the first to make a comment about Stanley's crazy hair, came to get Stanley out of the bathroom. He assured him that it would be okay and he shouldn't be embarrassed, but Stanley didn't believe him! After a while of waiting, Larry came back and reminded Stanley of the time Mr. Winger, the teacher, came to school even though he was sick because the class needed him. So therefore, Stanley was needed for class photos and they wouldn't be the same without him. Convincing enough, Larry got Stanley to come back to the classroom, only to find his classmates with crazy hats and hair on their head. Even though you may be embarrassed, or made a silly mistake, never underestimate the care and understanding your classmates have for you. Now Stanley and his peers have a class photo they'll never forget! ( )
