When entering data for a published book review, specifically entering date of review in the format yyyy-mm, the outcome was erroneous. Entering yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd worked as intended.

NB: the published review lightbox says you can add dates in YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-MM, or YYYY format.
