hello,
https://www.librarything.com/author/burglonnora
lists burglon's year of birth as 1898; an article i read lists it as 1900; month and day seem fine.

Looks like there is a difference of opinion as to her birth date. VIAF has it as 1896 (as does the CK - not sure where you're seeing 1898): https://viaf.org/viaf/26638070/

>2 lilithcat: Im unable to access your link; however the link that I offered does give the date as 1900. Her Minnesota birth record does not appear in the MNHS search engine. Though there may be one at the county.
A Nora Burglon does appear on the 1905 state census as 5 years old. Possibly, I can find time to better fill in her family, though I dont promise it. MN has pretty accessible records.

So there's now this button on the Author page that says "Edit" which allows you to correct things in the CK when you have the information.
No need to ask others to do the work.

>6 gilroy: Okay. didn't see it- but didn't want to walk all over anybody's toes, either.

Right, but with VIAF having a different date (which is apparently where Wikipedia got it), a disambiguation notice explaining the discrepancy would help avoid an edit war.
