padlock on awards section of common knowledge

Hi, a book I am reading In Memoriam by Alice Winn has the awards section on the common knowledge page padlocked. I was going to add the other awards that the book has won. Is there a reason why it is padlocked? I am new here so not totally sure about how things work on here.
